ArtAiGen.app, including its associated subdomain (artaigen.app), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement involving content hosted on our website or subdomain, upon receiving proper notification from copyright holders or their agents

Counter Notice Instructions
If you believe that content you posted was mistakenly removed or misidentified as infringing, you may file a counter notice. The counter notice must include:
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of Removed Content: Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
Policy on Repeat Infringement
ArtAiGen.app and its subdomain, artaigen.app, will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, as appropriate. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for even a single instance of infringement if warranted.
